    I like how over time they pretty much have owned up this was just a repurposed design going back many years, you can tell it isn't a contemporary design there is a number of design choices that very much speak to an older release. I think it might even go so far back as to be a POTP Evolution design for the Basic Star Saber component of it. The upgrade kits likely help raise it a few points by illuminating some of the baked in issue it has. Like hollow parts.
