1. How is Bombusbee Points collected?

You can earn Bombusbee points by completing orders and reviewing products.

Points Collection Rules:

Order Completed (Confirmed Receipt) : Earn points equal to the total amount paid (including shipping)
Example: Order total $189 → earn 189 points
Product Reviews : Earn 10 points for each valid review
- Duplicate comments on the same or different products will not be counted
- Maximum 100 points per day
Cancel Order & Refund via Points : Earn paid amount × 100 in points
Example: Order total $89 → earn 8,900 points (This rule does not apply to non-refundable deposits, which cannot be refunded through the points system.)

2. How can I use Bombusbee Points?

You can use your points in order check-out page. [Refer screenshot below:]

1 Bombusbee Points = 0.01 usd, please enter the amount you wish to deduct at checkout (e.g., enter “5” to deduct $5).
You can use the points on any items available.
※ Points cannot be used for cash deduction if your balance is below 100 points. Thank you for your attention.

Please don’t only use points/coupons to pay for any items. You need to pay at least 0.01usd for each payment.

3. How can I check my points?

You can check your points in “My Points” menu.
Here you can see your total points and history of your collect.

4. If I had points used on a cancelled order, can I get the points back?

Yes, please email us with your order number for the cancellation.

5. Can I change my mind after receiving a refund via points and request a refund to the original payment method instead?

Once an order has been refunded via store points, it cannot be changed to a refund through the original payment method.
Points refunds are processed as a one-time settlement and the system does not support a second refund.

Please also note that points (such as store credits) are non-redeemable for cash and can only be used for purchases within our website.
