Great set of tapes. Not as well known as the other sets that have released, but if you're a completionist, this is a must have.

All 4 have great paint and finish, simple transformations. These 4 bots are in keeping with Fanstoys' great reputation. Would definitely recommend, especially since I haven't seen 3 of these bots made by anyone else since G1.

RP-01C contains 4 canonical tapes of RP-01's Acoustic Wave a.k.a. Soundwave. Marvin, Corvac, Rexadon, & Thagomizer. The box images do not represent the final colors of the figures, which were actually perfected during production by the crew at Robot Paradise. To almost perfectly match their onscreen appearances.Corvac had his beak colored yellow and Thagomizer was made the signature metal flack lime green. Though most were fleeting moments, they still made lasting impressions. Shown weaponless were the two dinotapes and autoscout suffered the "red uniform syndrome". Each have their respective accessories or weapons to attach or interact with. Marvin's 2 Korlonium crystals, Rex's motion missile pods, and Thago's vibro-cannons attach on the sides of the dino-modes, as a toy homage. To explain their descriptions calling them minions of Acoustic Blaster, only Corvac appeared along side him in The Headmasters anime. While the US cartoon had Rexadon and Thagomizer appear twice. But all of RP-01 FIBRIR and RP-01B's tapes, and RP-02 Night Bat appear frequently in the anime. But they are allowed some artistic license with their bios.

Great tape transformers but let down by a lack of old school tape decals on one side to really achieve that disguised look!

Awesome little bots. Great design in bot mode. Seem to have mastered any of the issues from the first set of tapes in regards to die-cast balancing. Limited articulation but better than any others of these bots at this scale. Definitely a must for Soundblaster or Soundwave displays.
