A known issue of shoulder armour.
The should is installed to the wrong side, you could fix it by exchange the position of the armor piece:

1. Please disassemble the pieces from the ball joint.

2. Make sure you could see the details at front.

3. Make sure the yellow and black stripes is at the back.

    As a fan of the original art by TheAmazingSpino this has a stunning robot and vehicle mode. Great articulation. The transformation is extremely frustrating the first time but clicked for me the second time. I highly recommend watching this video as it makes the transformation process much easier: www.youtube.com/watch?v=XL-tSe93Av4&list=WL&index=13 Unfortunately my copy had some QC issues hence the lower rating. Mine came with two right shoulder joints and some of the joints were either loose or very tight. One of the helicopter blades is also warped. Overall I would recommend this figure at the current discounted price, and especially if you like the artist's work, or just appreciate unique transforming figures. Just keep in mind the potential QC issues. Without the QC issues this would be 4 stars easily.
